These workshops can be tailored for graduate programs, training clinics, group practices, and continuing-education settings. A variety of options are available, including hour-long, half-day, and full-day workshops, as well as a series of workshops across several days, weeks, or months. Reading lists and follow-up consultation hours can also be included.
Supervision & Consultation
Supervision and consultation are collaborative, encouraging processes centered on a supportive and egalitarian relationship.
In supervision, I will help you:
- Solidify and enhance your professional identity
- Explore the interpersonal dynamics that impact your work with clients
- Refine your unique approach to treatment so that you have a guiding sense of where you are going, why you are doing what you are doing with clients, and feel confident making clinical decisions
- Develop a personal understanding of why people do the things that they do, what creates change, and the therapist's role in the work with clients
- Create a structure and routine around what true self-care and wellness mean to you as you navigate this work
- Increase an understanding of case conceptualization and theory
- Practice and enhance interventions, techniques, and therapeutic skills as needed to move toward effective work with clients
Prices start at $200 per hour, with a sliding scale available to support developing clinicians.
